Welcome to the CrAframe! Your modern mountain basecamp where every corner was designed with comfort, adventure, and connection in mind! Here’s how the space flows, so you can picture your stay before you even arrive:
Parking is easy and located in the driveway only, up to 5 vehicles allowed. No other parking anywhere else on property or on street is allowed.
Main Level – The Heart of the Home
Step through the front door and be greeted by the open-concept main level, where stunning views and warm design set the tone.
The fully stocked kitchen, dining area, and cozy living room, all surrounded by big windows that bring the outdoors in.
A full bathroom with a shower and tub sits just off the hallway.
Two bedrooms on the main floor make this level perfect for easy access:
-King Bedroom
-Queen Bedroom
Off the main living area, step through the sliding glass doors onto the 1,000 sq ft deck, where you’ll find:
-A bubbling 7-person hot tub
-A BBQ grill for group feasts
-A telescope for endless stargazing
-Outdoor dining & seating
And skies that seem to go on forever, with peaks that overlook the lake as far as you can see!
Loft
To your left as you walk in, a staircase leads you upstairs.
Here you’ll find:
-Bedroom with queen bed
-Massive wall-to-wall windows framing the mountains and valley
-A private bathroom with walk-in shower
-Reading Nook with rocking chairs that make this a dreamy retreat within a retreat.
Basement – Adventure & Fun Await
Back on the main level, take the stairs down from the kitchen area to discover a whole level of fun and relaxation!
In the hallway off the stairs you will find:
-The bunk room, 2 bunk beds (4 full-size beds), and a pullout sofa, perfect for large groups. Complete with a window viewing the backyard, lake, valley and mountains.
Down the hall you will find the massive game room, with:
-Pool table
-Air hockey
-Foosball
-Infinity arcade with endless classics
Much more fun!!
Another full bathroom with walk-in shower is conveniently nearby.
Finally: the theatre room, with a huge sectional sofa, and an 85” screen TV for movie marathons or game-day excitement.
The game room also opens to the backyard through sliding glass doors, ideal for stepping out for some fresh air, yard games, or a peaceful moment surrounded by nature.

Guest access
Guests will have full, private access to the entire home and property during their stay.
This includes:
- The main living areas and kitchen
-All bedrooms, bathrooms, and the loft
-The game room and theatre room
-The expansive deck, outdoor seating, firepit, and 7-person hot tub
-The telescope for stargazing and all provided amenities
-The only exceptions are the owner’s closet and cleaner’s closet, which remain locked during your stay.
We want you to feel completely at home to enjoy the space, explore the property, and make the most of everything it has to offer!
Other things to note
Neighborhood:
The CrAframe sits in a quiet HOA neighborhood. Please be respectful of neighbors and follow all house rules.
Roads:
Gravel roads — please drive under 15 MPH to keep dust down.
Seasonal Access:
Open year-round. In winter, 4WD/AWD is recommended and road conditions may vary.
Cleaning Fee:
A standard cleaning fee applies for each reservation. For stays over 5 nights, an additional cleaning fee and scheduled mid-stay cleaning every 5 nights may apply.
Renter's Agreement:
The primary guest must review and sign our Renter’s Agreement prior to arrival. The agreement is sent electronically immediately after booking and applies to all reservations.
For bookings made more than 72 hours in advance, the agreement must be signed within 72 hours of booking. Last-minute bookings must be signed promptly after booking.
Failure to complete this requirement may result in cancellation in accordance with Airbnb’s policies.
Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $300.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation (no cancellation fees or partial refunds possible) for 2 hours after booking if arrival is at least 72 hours away at time of booking.
Thank you for considering a stay at our modern mountain A-frame retreat! Below are a few important details about our rates, policies, and booking information to help you plan your visit with confidence. Nightly Rates: Our nightly rates vary based on season, day of the week, and demand. Peak summer and winter holiday dates tend to book far in advance, so we recommend reserving early to secure your preferred dates. Midweek and off-season stays often offer our best value. Rates are for up to the maximum occupancy of the home — $75 additional per-person fee applies for each person after 12 person. Minimum Stay: We require a minimum stay of 2 nights throughout most of the year. Some peak holiday periods or high-demand weekends may require a 3–4 night minimum. Please check the calendar for specific dates. Cleaning Fee: A one-time cleaning fee will be added to your reservation to ensure the home is spotless and fully prepared for your stay, for reservations exceeding 5 nights an additional fee may apply for every 5th night for a mid-stay cleaning after every 5th night. Taxes: State and local lodging taxes will be calculated and added to your reservation total at checkout. Security Deposit / Damage Protection We either require a refundable security deposit or the purchase of a damage protection plan, depending on your booking channel. We want all our guests to relax and enjoy their stay, and this policy helps us maintain the home to the highest standard for everyone. Check-In & Check-Out: Check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out time is 10:00 AM. If you’d like to request an early check-in or late check-out, please reach out in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate you whenever possible (subject to availability and additional fees). Maximum Occupancy: The home comfortably sleeps up to 12-14 guests across 4 bedrooms, including bunk beds and a pull-out sofa. Please respect the maximum occupancy for your safety and comfort. Pets: At this time, we do allow pets, dogs only with additional fee. No Smoking: Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home and property premises a fee will apply otherwise Hot Tub & Deck: Our 7-person deep hot tub and expansive deck are here for your enjoyment! Please review the posted hot tub rules and be mindful of quiet hours to respect neighbors and the peaceful environment. Questions? We’re Trevor and KaySea, a couple with a shared love of the outdoors, hospitality, and creating unforgettable spaces where others can experience the beauty of the Pacific Northwest. Our journey into hosting and building dream retreats started much like yours might: with a love for travel and a deep appreciation for the connection that happens when you find the right place to stay. We both grew up in Oregon, surrounded by mountains, lakes, and forests, and have always felt at home in the outdoors. That sense of adventure and our roots in this beautiful corner of the world inspired us to design something we could share. Trevor has spent years in the trades, building, crafting, and managing complex projects with care and precision, skills that shine through in the details of every property we create. He’s hands-on, passionate about quality, and loves bringing ideas to life from the ground up. KaySea brings creativity, vision, and a knack for making people feel at home. With a background in business leadership and hospitality, she ensures every space feels thoughtful, welcoming, and beautiful, down to the smallest detail. She’s the heart behind our guest experience, making sure every stay feels personal and memorable. Together, we’re a team that balances each other’s strengths and shares one goal: to help people slow down, connect with the people they care about, and enjoy moments that stay with you long after you leave. When we’re not working on the next project, we’re usually outdoors with Buddy, exploring trails, camping, soaking up the sunrises and sunsets or gathering with friends and family.
